What is an Iv Iron Infusion?
An IV iron infusion is a medical treatment where iron is delivered directly into your bloodstream through a iv treatment, typically to treat iron deficiency or anemia. It’s often recommended when oral iron supplements aren’t effective or cause side effects. The procedure helps quickly restore healthy iron levels, improving energy, focus, and overall well-being.

Why We Use Monoferric Iron
At Poke Beauty, we use Monoferric® (ferric derisomaltose) iron —a next-generation IV iron treatment that’s both effective and efficient.
Benefits of Monoferric Iron
- Fewer visits needed – A larger dose can be delivered in one IV treatment, so most patients don’t need multiple appointments.
- Faster treatment times – Each infusion typically takes just 30–60 minutes
- Lower risk of side effects – Studies show Monoferric iron is associated with a lower rate of hypersensitivity reactions.
- Better iron levels, simpler schedule – Clinical research shows Monoferric iron achieves comparable or improved hemoglobin and iron stores with less frequent dosing.
This approach helps our clients save time, feel better faster, and reduce the hassle of traditional iron therapy—all with fewer side effects.
