As a client of Poke Beauty, if you like, you have the accessibility to book a virtual consultation with our physician, Dr Nick. Dr. Nick is here to go over health history or any question related to your upcoming injection appointment.

How to Make Group Bookings

*Click on Dysport Injections in Nurse Sarah's schedule and browse the entire schedule to find a date and time that appeals to you
*Book one person into that time slot and in the additional notes write the first and last name of the other client's joining you, as well as each of their email addresses
*You can also text all that information to nurse Sarah @ 7809014352 if you prefer
*Once the group booking is made official, everyone will receive a booking notification along with their intake forms if necesssary

 

*In your reminder email, in the blue first section, it will ask you to fill out your Intake Form
*Right underneath that first section, will be your link to 'Begin Your Online Appointment' -- > Click
*On the next page scroll past all the info to the bottom Consent section and find the 'I Consent, Begin Online Appointment' -- > Click 
 

Injection Day:

  • Prepare for your upcoming appointment with a call from Nurse Sarah, which will take place approximately 1-2 days before your scheduled date, during which she will ask you some screening questions, or opt for a virtual consultation with Dr. Nick.

  • For your convenience, Registered Nurse Sarah will come to your chosen location for the appointment.

  • We will discuss and provide comfort options tailored specifically to your needs.

  • Before administering the injections, your skin will be prepared, and we will identify and share the injection landmarks with you.

  • Throughout the process, we will guide you through each step, explaining the sterilization of the area, the identification of landmarks, the injection itself, and the subsequent clean-up.

  • The entire appointment usually lasts around 30 minutes.

  • You will be provided with detailed post-care instructions for your reference.

  • Schedule your next appointment within the range of 3-5 months from your initial treatment.

  • Two weeks after your appointment, Nurse Sarah will follow up with you to assess the results. If necessary, she will offer free touch-ups for the treated areas from your previous visit.

Coming to the Clinic?

Our Clinic in located inside Evolve Strength Downtown:12328 102Ave in Edmonton. There is free parking outside on the Northeast Side of the building or free underground parking in Mercury Block. The entrance to the underground parking lot is labeled as "Public Parking" and is in the alley on the east side of Evolve in the Mercury Block building

*Please ensure you register your license plate with the front end staff

Cancellation Policy

*A credit card will be required to book all appointments

*This credit card will not be charged for your services including pre payment of IV Dips

*This credit card will be charged $100 for no show appointments or cancellations made with less than 6 hours notice
